Officially the news is out that IIFA will no longer entertain Amitabh bachchan as their brand ambassador from now on and this has become a hot topic to be discussed. Last year in 2010, IIFA was hosted in Sri Lanka and Salman Khan was the host of the grand awards function, which was attended by Hrithik Roshan and Priyanka Chopra.
The news is now out that Amitabh was not anymore interested in being associated with IIFA awards and so said the same. Bachchan Saab has clarified that, it is since the IIFA organizers decision, to move of from him; he is also parting his ways from the awards ceremony.
But sources close to bachchan khandan reveal that, without consulting the legend of Indian cinema, they signed Salman Khan for the awards ceremony as a host, and this irritated Aishwarya Rai and Abhishek Bachchan.
Due to this reason, Amitabh bachchan stayed away from the event, which was hosted in Sri Lanka which was also boiling with the fresh battle in between the LTTE, tamilains and Sri lankan army.
Since, the wiz craft entertainments were not communicating properly with the brand ambassador, Amitabh chose to part his ways. Meanwhile, sources say that Amitabh has lost the value and so the company will be going on with Aamir or Salman Khan from this year, which will bring in huge fan following for the event.
However, Bachchan baby Abhishek bachchan has clarified that, if his family will be free in 2001, they will attend the awards ceremony, provided they are formally invited.
