deepika gains mileage through kareena kapoor

Kareena Kapoor is lately upset about Deepika Padukone's claims of being the first choice for a song n Ra.One.
Kareena Kapoor who plays the wife of Shahrukh Khan in the sci-fic mega budget movie Ra.One had been hearing reports that Deepika was the original choice for the song in Ra.ONe, which had upset the actress.
Deepiak it seems was considered to do the dance for the song Chamak Challo in Ra.One. ButBebo denies these rumors as it was not an item song and the song is an integral part of the movie. Moreover how can someone else be part of the song, when Kareena is the heroine of the movie states reports.

 
 
A source says, "Recently, Dippy has been telling anyone willing to hear that she was the original choice for the Chamak Challo dance number in Ra.One and that producer Shahrukh Khan had her in mind for the item number. And that Bebo threw a fit when she heard of it. Kapoor is upset and feels Dippy is only doing this to gain mileage from the Dum Maaro Dum title track."
A source close to Kareena had told media, "Chamak Challo is not even an item number. Kareena is the film's heroine and the song is part of the story so how can Deepika even be considered? These rumors amuse Bebo. DP may be spreading this rumor as her Dum Amro Dum track isn't the hit it was touted to be.”
Ra.One director Anubhav Sinha had said, "We never approached Deepika for an item song. Chamak Challo is an integral part of the story. The song will be catchy, glamorous and sexy but it's not an item song, which are usually random additions that don't need a story."
