As Team india steps onto the pitch at Mohali’s Punjab Cricket Association stadium on Wednesday, there is a host of Mumbaikars offering them great incentives to win this battle against old foes Pakistan.

It’s not just the prize money or our hearts that the team stands to win if it emerges victorious. There are some really interesting deals in the offing. Meanwhile, we also get a bunch of freebies.

The most interesting offer comes from Kingfisher model Poonam Pandey, who has offered to bare all - in front of the players and the spectators - if india beats Pakistan today.

While one of the most-searched for models has also started a Facebook page to encourage the men in blue, she decided to go that extra bit.

There’s a caveat though: india has to go on to lift the World Cup for her to keep her end of the promise.

Of course, she says, all this will be possible only if the Board and the law give their nod.

The ardent cricket fan told Mirror, “Yes I have made this offer to the team. I am a big cricket fan and would want to cheer team india I want them to win the cup for us”.

Free rides and meals

But our warriors are not alone in their enjoying freebies if they win. The Tanga Owners and Drivers Association in Kalyan has declared free rides for all commuters on Thursday if we beat Pakistan in the semi-final.

The association has over a 100 tangas operating across Kalyan and has already distributed coupons for the free rides.
